Thanks for our TEAMWORK and we got it done. When I list the property (LISTING AGENT), and  the NEGOTIATOR, I am aware of only one lien - HOA Lien. On April 7, 2011, the day of closing, 3 liens came in- Federal Tax, State Tax and Abstract of Judgment/Small Claims. On April 20, Workers Comp Lien arrived. April 22, 2011, all liens released and we successfully closed and record. Our seller has no monies to contribute. This is a case where it seems that you won´t see the light. With the help of everyone, we got it done in a short period of time!

When I first heard about short sales I was more than a little confused. I didn´t understand the process and what it meant for my and my boyfriend´s financial situation. After obtaining Amy´s name from a friend, we expressed our concerns of lack of knowledge and Amy was more than willing to sit with us as long as we needed in order to understand the short sale world. Not only was she patient with us but she was very understanding of our circumstances. Amy followed through with everything she said she would do. She is on top of the entire situation and makes sure her clients are as well. I can´t imagine working with any other real estate agent beside Amy. It has been a pleasure working with Thomas and Amy Martin during one of the most stressful times in our lives. Back in September 2007 my husband and I finally both agreed on putting our house up for sale. As we were being bombarded with phone calls and offers via mail from strangers who wanted to help save our home, I chose Pre-Foreclosure Resolutions because their letterhead was professional and outlined several options available to us.
