When I first heard about short sales I was more than a little confused. I didn´t understand the process and what it meant for my and my boyfriend´s financial situation. After obtaining Amy´s name from a friend, we expressed our concerns of lack of knowledge and Amy was more than willing to sit with us as long as we needed in order to understand the short sale world. Not only was she patient with us but she was very understanding of our circumstances. Amy followed through with everything she said she would do. She is on top of the entire situation and makes sure her clients are as well. I can´t imagine working with any other real estate agent beside Amy. My family and I had only a few demands of Amy Martin when we began our house hunting search. Find us our dream home in Murrieta, during a very competitive housing market. If that was not challenging enough, make it happen before the first snowfall, as we were living in Indiana at the time. Well, Amy not only met, but she exceeded our expectations. I am happy to say that we are living in our Murrieta dream home, and moved in months before the first Indiana snowflake touched the ground. It has been a pleasure working with Thomas and Amy Martin during one of the most stressful times in our lives. Back in September 2007 my husband and I finally both agreed on putting our house up for sale.
