Thanks for our TEAMWORK and we got it done. When I list the property (LISTING AGENT), and the NEGOTIATOR, I am aware of only one lien - HOA Lien. On April 7, 2011, the day of closing, 3 liens came in- Federal Tax, State Tax and Abstract of Judgment/Small Claims. On April 20, Workers Comp Lien arrived. April 22, 2011, all liens released and we successfully closed and record. Our seller has no monies to contribute. This is a case where it seems that you won´t see the light. It has been a pleasure working with Thomas and Amy Martin during one of the most stressful times in our lives.
